El presidente de General Motors Sudamérica, el colombiano Jaime Ardila, se reunió en agosto con ejecutivos y concesionarios locales de Chevrolet, ocasión en la que aprovechó de felicitarlos por los buenos resultados que la empresa obtuvo durante el primer semestre del 2010.

Ardila destacó el sólido liderazgo que la marca Chevrolet en la industria por más de 27 años y el reciente lanzamiento del nuevo Spark GT. Durante una cena de bienvenida, el nuevo director gerente de GM Chile, el estadounidense Bruce Kauppila, sostuvo que está muy satisfecho con la gestión de la empresa.

Chevrolet tiene una participación de mercado del 16,7% en Chile. “Esperamos un segundo semestre positivo en el que Chevrolet mantenga, como ha sido hasta ahora, el liderazgo que lo ha caracterizado en el mercado chileno", señaló Kauppila.

Ardila highlighted the solid leadership of the Chevrolet brand in the industry for more than 27 years and the recent launching of the new Spark GT. During a welcome dinner, the new general manager of GM Chile, Bruce Kauppila, said he is very satisfied with the company’s management.

Chevrolet has a 16.7% market share in Chile. “We expect a positive second half of the year in which Chevrolet will maintain its leadership in the Chilean market,” said Kauppila.
