[:es]Con la presencia de más de un centenar de invitados que llegaron hasta el Museo de Artes Visuales -entre los cuales se encontraban autoridades
nacionales, parlamentarios, médicos y asociaciones de pacientes, se lanzó el texto “Un Nuevo Significado de la Vida”, escrito por 20 mujeres chilenas
que han tenido y/o actualmente tienen cáncer de mama. La producción de esta publicación es parte de un esfuerzo conjunto que a fines del año 2015 inició un grupo de mujeres que se atrevieron a pensar distinto e iniciaron una alianza no tradicional de trabajo que congregó a la Corporación Yo Mujer, un grupo de mujeres con cáncer de mama y Pfizer Chile. El objetivo de esta iniciativa se centró en realizar una campaña sobre el cáncer de mama, cuyo fin es mejorar la calidad de vida de las mujeres que viven con esta enfermedad.[:en]With more than one hundred attendees present at the Museum of Visual Arts, including national authorities, members of Congress, doctors, patient associations and the authors of the book in question, the publication ‘A New Meaning of Life’ has been officially launched. The authors of the work are a group of 20 Chilean women who have had or still have breast cancer. The compilation of the book was part of a collective effort initiated by a group of women towards the end of 2015 who dared to think differently and began an untraditional working alliance between the non-profit Corporación Yo Mujer, a group of women living with breast cancer and Pfizer Chile. The aim of the initiative was to launch a campaign about breast cancer to improve the lives of women who continue to live with this disease.[:]
