El operador de centros comerciales Parque Arauco pretende invertir US$140 millones en la construcción de un mall en Bogotá, el que iniciará sus operaciones en 2012. El centro comercial tendrá 180.000 m² construidos e incluye tiendas, una zona de restaurantes, una torre de oficinas y un hotel. “La construcción del mall en una de las mejores ubicaciones de Bogotá es un hito importante (…) será un centro comercial emblemático que nos permitirá posicionar nuestro liderazgo frente a los retailers y consumidores colombianos", manifestó Andrés Olivos, vicepresidente ejecutivo de Parque Arauco

The shopping mall operator, Parque Arauco, plans to invest US$140 million to build a mall in Bogotá scheduled to open its doors in 2012. The mall will have 180,000 square meters of floor space including shops, a food court, office tower and hotel. “The construction of the mall in one of the best locations in Bogotá is an important achievement … it will be a flagship mall that will put us in a position to compete with local retailers,” said Parque Arauco Executive Vice-President, Andrés Olivos.
