CBRE nombró a Nicolás Cox como nuevo director ejecutivo para Chile. El ejecutivo cuenta con una vasta experiencia en el rubro financiero, específicamente en el desarrollo de negocios, finanzas e inversiones en las áreas de servicios y real estate. En CBRE se desempeñó como director de Operaciones y Finanzas en Chile desde el año 2012, donde lideró la reestructuración de algunas líneas de negocio, entre ellas, Brokerage, Project Management y operaciones. Anteriormente, entre 2010 y 2012, trabajó como CFO de Paperless Chile (E-Partners S.A.). También fue CFO en Business News Americas entre los años 2004 y 2010.
CBRE has appointed Nicolás Cox as its new Executive Director for Chile. Nicolás has vast experience in the financial sector, specifically in the areas of business development, finance and investments in services and real estate. At CBRE, he worked as Director of Operations and Finances in Chile since 2012, during which time he led the restructuring of certain lines of business, including, Brokerage, Project Management and Operations. Previously, between 2010 and 2012, he worked as CFO for Paperless Chile (E-Partners S.A.). He was also CFO at Business News Americas between 2004 and 2010.
