Recientemente se inauguró la nueva bodega de Viña Montes ubicada en la Finca de Apalta del Valle de Colchagua. Con una inversión de 6,5 millones de dólares, y una capacidad de 1.500.000 litros, Viña Montes espera dar un salto cualitativo en lo que a sus tintos se refiere, ya que allí se elaborarán solamente los afamados Montes Alpha y los Ultra Premium Alpha M y Folly.

Viña Montes has inaugurated a new winery in the Colchagua Valley. With a capacity of 1.5 million liters, the new facility, which required an investment of US$6.5 million, will be used exclusively to produce the vineyard’s Montes Alpha, Alpha M and Folly red wines. “This is the most modern winery in terms of the technical standards of its machinery, equipment and design; it’s capable of producing the world’s best wine,” said Alfredo Vidaurre, executive director of Viña Montes.
