Con la finalidad de presentar un espacio de reflexión sobre la importancia
de contar con una mirada sistémica de las organizaciones para mejorar
su gestión de riesgos laborales y sustentabilidad, por segundo año consecutivo,
la Mutual de Seguridad CChC realizó el seminario “Colaboración:
Clave para la Gestión de Riesgos Laborales y la Sustentabilidad”, que
este año contó con la participación del gurú español del management,
Javier Fernández Aguado.

En compañía del biólogo y pensador nacional, Humberto Maturana -y con
la moderación de Rodrigo Jordán-, analizaron las formas de generar cultura
de seguridad en las empresas, mediante la colaboración e involucramiento
de sus diferentes estamentos para conseguir una conversación real en
esta materia y posicionarla como un tópico de importancia.

For the second consecutive year, the Mutual Insurance Society CChC has held the seminar entitled “Collaboration: Key to Managing Occupational Hazards and Sustainability”. The aim of the event is to provide a space for reflecting on the importance of having a systematic view of organizations for improving their management of occupational hazards and sustainability. This year, the invited guest speakers included the Spanish management expert, Javier Fernández Aguado, and the biologist and national commentator, Humberto Maturana. With proceedings moderated by Rodrigo Jordán, the guests discussed ways of generating a culture of security within businesses. They concluded that through collaboration and involvement with their different stakeholders, businesses can seek a genuine conversation on the subject and position it as an important issue.
