El servicio chileno de selección online de personal Laborum Oficios se asociará con la compañía danesa Maersk Container Industry (MCI) a fin de reclutar trabajadores para 1.800 nuevos puestos de trabajo que se crearán en la nueva fábrica de contenedores refrigerados de Maersk en el puerto chileno de San Antonio en el 2013.

Laborum and MCI realizaron la Expo MCI en San Antonio el 25 de agosto para anunciar el proceso de selección. El alcalde de San Antonio, Omar Vera, estuvo presente en el evento y los participantes, en su mayoría mujeres, tuvieron la oportunidad de resolver sus dudas y recibir orientación laboral a través de la plataforma Laborum Oficios.

Los participantes además se pudieron registrar en el portal para recibir avisos de trabajo e inscribirse para programas de capacitación en oficios que se enfocarán principalmente en las necesidades que tenga la empresa.

The Chilean online recruitment service Laborum Oficios will partner with the Danish company Maersk Container Industry (MCI) to recruit workers for 1,800 new jobs that will be created at Maersk’s new refrigerated container manufacturing plant in Chile’s San Antonio port in 2013.

Laborum and MCI held an Expo in San Antonio on August 25 to announce the recruitment process. The Mayor of San Antonio, Omar Vera, was present at the event and the participants, who were mostly women, had the opportunity to ask questions and receive vocational guidance from Laborum Oficios.

Participants could also register on the online portal to receive job alerts and sign up for training programs in trades that will focus primarily on the needs of the company.
