El 30 de mayo, AmCham celebró la junta general anual de la Cámara en sus oficinas ubicadas en el Hotel Marriott. A la reunión asistieron cerca de 65 socios. El presidente de AmCham, Javier Irarrázaval, presentó los principales hechos del 2011 y sus planes para el 2012.

En línea con su misión de promover el libre comercio y los negocios entre Chile y Estados Unidos, "AmCham liderará iniciativas para anticipar las tendencias del mercado y abordará temas contingentes como la producción limpia, la biotecnología, la energía y la sustentabilidad productiva”, afirmó Irarrázaval.

Finalmente, Iván Pinto, gerente de administración de AmCham, entregó los resultados financieros para el 2011 de la Cámara, los que fueron aprobados por los asistentes. Por último, los invitados disfrutaron de un cóctel auspiciado por Aramark.

On May 30, AmCham held its annual general meeting in its offices at the Marriott Hotel. The meeting was attended by around 65 members. AmCham President Javier Irarrázaval presented the Chamber’s 2011 highlights and its plans for 2012.

In line with its mission of promoting free trade and business between Chile and the United States, "AmCham will lead efforts to anticipate market trends and we will address important topics such as clean production, biotechnology, energy and sustainability,” said Irarrázaval.

Finally, Iván Pinto, AmCham’s financial manager, announced the Chamber’s 2011 financial results, which were approved by the members. Later, the guests enjoyed a cocktail sponsored by Aramark.
