El restaurante Don Joaquín del Hotel San Martín, en Viña del Mar, lanzó una nueva carta gastronómica para conmemorar el Bicentenario de Chile, la que cuenta entre sus ingredientes diferentes productos de regiones de Chile. Desde el frío sur de Chiloé hasta los milenarios atacameños en el norte, el objetivo es homenajear al país incluyendo ingredientes únicos en los nuevos platos.

“Lo que hicimos fue recoger los sabores de diversas partes del país. Para eso incluimos ingredientes especiales, únicos de Chile y que el turista no podrá probar en otra parte”, explicó Guillermo Zuñiga, gerente general del Hotel San Martín.

The restaurant Don Joaquín at the San Martín hotel in Viña del Mar has launched a new menu to celebrate the Bicentenary with special ingredients from the different regions of Chile. From the chilly south of Chiloé to the hot sands of the Atacama Desert, the aim is to pay homage to the various cuisines of this diverse country.

“We have included special ingredients that are unique to Chile and that tourists will not be able to try anywhere else,” said the hotel’s CEO, Guillermo Zuñiga.
