La firma estadounidense Halter Financial Group suscribió un acuerdo con la empresa chilena de consultoría financiera AltaDirección, que permitirá que medianas empresas del Cono Sur incluido Chile puedan optar obtener financiamiento más fácilmente en los mercados de capital de Estados Unidos.

Pierre Galoppi director de Negocios para América Latina y El Caribe de Halter Financial Group, destacó la estabilidad económica y la sólida institucionalidad de Chile, así como también el Tratado de Libre Comercio con Estados Unidos como razones para escoger un socio chileno.

“Todas estas condiciones, convierten a Chile en un lugar interesante no sólo para hacer negocios en Chile, sino también como plataforma para el Cono Sur”, afirmó Galoppi.

Daniel Guevara, representante en Chile de Halter Financial Group, señaló que la asociación “promoverá las oportunidades de crecimiento de capitalización y valorización que entrega el mercado bursátil norteamericano”. Halter se especializa en ayudar a empresas a salir a bolsa a través de procesos de fusión reversa, lo que también reduce el tiempo de tramitación y costo asociado de ingresar a un mercado bursátil en Estados Unidos.

The U.S.-based Halter Financial Group has signed an agreement with the Chilean financial consultancy AltaDirección which will allow medium-sized firms in the Southern Cone including Chile to obtain financing more easily in U.S. capital markets.

Pierre Galoppi, Halter’s Business Development Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, highlighted Chile’s economic stability and strong institutions as well as its Free Trade Agreement with the U.S. as reasons for choosing a Chilean partner.

“All these conditions make Chile an interesting place, not just to do business in Chile but as a platform for the Southern Cone,” said Galoppi.

Daniel Guevara, Halter’s representative in Chile, said the partnership “will promote opportunities for growth and financing in the North American market.” Halter specializes in assisting companies in going public through the reverse merger process, which also reduces the time and cost associated with listing on a U.S. stock market.
