El 20 y 21 de agosto, se realizó la octava versión anual de la Feria Mercado Laboral en el centro de convenciones CasaPiedra en Santiago. La feria, organizada por Trabajando.com, el portal de universidades chilenas Universia Chile y el diario El Mercurio, fue auspiciada por las compañías mineras Freeport Mc Moran y Finning.

Los asistentes tuvieron la posibilidad de presentarse ante las áreas de reclutamiento y selección de las distintas empresas participantes, postular a reales oportunidades de empleo y asistir a charlas sobre cómo mejorar su empleabilidad.

On August 20-21, the eighth annual Job Opportunities Fair was held at the CasaPiedra Convention Center in Santiago. The fair, organized by employment website Trabajando.com, the Chilean universities portal Universia Chile, and newspaper El Mercurio, was sponsored by mining companies Freeport McMoRan and Finning.

The participants had the opportunity to introduce themselves to staff from the recruitment and selection areas of the participating companies, apply for jobs and attend talks about how to improve their employability.
