En diciembre, Diario Financiero entregó a Fernando Fischmann, fundador y presidente de Crystal Lagoons, el Premio al Empresario del Año en su décimo séptima versión. El director de Diario Financiero, Roberto Sapag, junto con el presidente del periódico, Baltazar Sánchez, entregaron la distinción.

El premio, que es elegido por los lectores del diario, es entregado anualmente por Diario Financiero, entidad que el año pasado celebró su vigésimo quinto aniversario. En las otras 12 categorías, los lectores escogieron de una lista de candidatos, que incluye Mejor Expansión Internacional (la que ganó Crystal Lagoons) y Mejor Emprendimiento (ComparaOnline.com).

Fischmann previamente recibió el Premio al Mejor Innovador de Avonni y el Premio al Mejor Emprendedor de Ernst & Young, con lo que se convierte en el único chileno en recibir los tres premios.

In December, newspaper Diario Financiero named Fernando Fischmann, founder and president of Crystal Lagoons, as the winner of its 17thannual Businessperson of the Year Award. Diario Financiero’s Director Roberto Sapag and President Baltazar Sánchez presented the award.

The award, which was voted by readers, is given annually by Diario Financiero, which last year celebrated its 25th anniversary. In the other 12 categories, readers chose from a list of candidates, including Best International Expansion (won by Crystal Lagoons,) and Best Start-Up (ComparaOnline.com).

Fischmann has previously won Avonni’s
Best Innovator Award and Ernst & Young’s Best Entrepreneur Award, becoming the first Chilean businessperson to receive all three awards.
