[:es]La Ministra del Trabajo y Previsión Social, Alejandra Krauss, dio a conocer su agenda 2017 en un CEO Breakfast organizado por el Comité de Capital Humano de AmCham. En la actividad se abordó la reforma laboral, en especial, la organización sindical y el proceso de negociación colectiva.
También se conversó sobre una eventual reforma previsional, tema sobre el cual AmCham había constituido una mesa de trabajo que elaboró un documento posicional cuyas propuestas fueron compartida con la secretaria de Estado.
La ministra destacó la importancia del diálogo permanente con el sector privado, pues es clave para recuperar el crecimiento del país y para mejorar la productividad.[:en]Alejandra Krauss, Minister of Labor and Social Security, has presented her agenda for the year ahead in a CEO breakfast meeting organized by the Human Capital Committee of AmCham Chile. The event covered the areas of labor reform, particularly trade union organization and the process of collective bargaining.
Discussion also related to possible pension reform, an issue on which AmCham Chile had previously organized a working group. During that working group, participants had drafted a positional document, the findings of which were shared with the minister during this meeting.
The minister highlighted the importance of ongoing dialogue with the private sector and stressed the need to pursue open discussions in order to boost economic growth and productivity.[:]
