El Comité de Capital Humano de AmCham Chile realizó, junto a KPMG y el centro de Gobiernos Corporativos de la Universidad de Chile, el seminario “Gobiernos corporativos: lecciones aprendidas y desafíos”.
La bienvenida al evento estuvo a cargo de Cristián Bastián, Socio principal de KPMG Chile, y del director del Centro de Gobiernos Corporativos de la Universidad de Chile, Dieter Linneberg. La actividad, que convocó a más de 100 asistentes del ámbito empresarial, se estructuró en tres exposiciones a cargo del presidente de la Comisión Ética de SOFOFA, Cirilo Córdova; el gerente general de AFP Cuprum, Ignacio Álvarez; y el director de empresas, Mario Valcarce.

The Human Capital Committee of AmCham Chile, in conjunction with KPMG and the Center for Corporate Governance of the University of Chile, has held a seminar entitled “Corporate Governance: lessons learned and challenges ahead”.
The seminar was introduced by Cristián Bastián, Main Partner at KPMG Chile, and Dieter Linneberg, Director of the Center for Corporate Governance of the University of Chile. Attended by more than 100 business professionals, the event consisted of three separate presentations. The speakers included the Chair of the Ethics Committee of SOFAFA, Cirilo Córdova; the General Manager of AFP Cuprum, Ignacio Álvarez; and the company Director, Mario Valcarce.
