La integración de las Energías Renovables No Convencionales (ERNC) a los sistemas eléctricos, Net Billing y la operación de los sistemas interconectados en los aspectos técnicos y económicos, entre otros ámbitos, fueron algunos de los puntos abordados en la mesa redonda sobre energías renovables organizada por la Cámara Chileno Norteamericana de Comercio, AmCham Chile. El encuentro, denominado “20% de Energías Renovables No Convencionales: Compartiendo la Experiencia Californiana”, se centró en el intercambio de experiencias y en conocer las prácticas establecidas por el estado de California en integración de ERNC, uno de los ejes de la actual discusión sobre las energías renovables en el país.

El evento, que se enmarca en las actividades del Consejo Empresarial de Energía Chile-EE.UU. de AmCham Chile, contó con la participación de la delegación californiana liderada por la California Foundation on the Environment and the Economy (CFEE). Esta actividad fue auspiciada por las empresas E-CL, Solar Reserve, Kallman, Colbún y First Solar.

Integrating Non-Conventional Renewable Energy (NCRE) within electricity systems; Net Billing; and operating interconnected systems from a technical and economic point of view. These, among other areas, were some of the topics covered by the roundtable discussion on renewable energy, organized by the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce, AmCham Chile. The meeting, entitled “20% Non-Conventional Renewable Energy: Sharing the Californian Experience”, focused on sharing experiences and knowledge of practices established by California regarding the integration of NCRE, one of the central concepts of current discussions on renewable energy in Chile.

Forming part of the activities organized by the Chile-US Energy Business Council of AmCham Chile, the roundtable included the presence of a Californian delegation, led by the California Foundation on the Environment and the Economy (CFEE). The event was sponsored by the companies E-CL, Solar Reserve, Kallman, Colbún and First Solar.
