El Tercer Foro de Tecnología y Negocios de Global Crossing en Chile “Cloud Computing: Aterrizando la Nube” fue celebrado a fines de mayo en el Hotel W en Santiago. El evento, que incluyó la participación de empresas como Google, VMWare, Sodexo Pass y otras, exhibió los beneficios y oportunidades de la computación en nube a ejecutivos chilenos, funcionarios de gobierno y representantes de instituciones públicas.

David Iacobucci, gerente general de Global Crossing Chile, destacó el éxito del evento en ayudar a proveedores, empresas y usuarios a entender los potenciales beneficios de la computación en nube tales como menores costos de tecnologías de la información.

The 3rd Global Crossing Forum on Technology and Business in Chile titled “Cloud Computing: Landing the Cloud” was held at the Hotel W in Santiago in late May. The event, which included the participation of companies like Google, VMWare, Sodexo Pass and others, showcased the benefits and opportunities of cloud computing for Chilean executives, government officials and representatives of public institutions.
