Carlos Álvarez, executive vice-president of CORFO, Chile’s economic development agency, was the guest speaker at an AmCham breakfast in the Grand Hyatt Hotel on May 13. Álvarez talked about the importance of innovation for a country’s development and the different ways in which this is supported by CORFO.
