La ciudad de Pune en India es el nuevo objetivo comercial de Crystal Lagoons a través del proyecto Dream City. El complejo será desarrollado en asociación con el holding local DSK Group, que tiene más de 30 años de experiencia, entre otros mercados, en el inmobiliario.

El proyecto requerirá una inversión de US$ 1.500 millones y contempla más de un millón de mt2. construidos en edificios residenciales y corporativos, que totalizan 8.000 unidades de lujo, a las que se suman un hotel cinco estrellas, centros educativos, restaurantes, amplias áreas verdes, multicines y salas de exposiciones, entre un total de 250 atractivos. Incluirá también la sede de la escuela de fútbol profesional del famoso club inglés Liverpool y nueve centros deportivos de clase mundial.

The new business target for Crystal Lagoons is the city of Pune in India, in the shape of its Dream City project. The complex will be developed in conjunction with the local holding company DSK Group, which has over 30 years of experience in the real estate market, among other sectors.

The project will require investment of US$1.5 billion and foresees the construction of over 1 million square meters of residential and corporate building space. This includes 8,000 luxury units, in addition to a five star hotel, educational centers, restaurants, large green spaces, multi-screen cinemas and exhibition spaces, among a total of 250 attractions. The development will also include the headquarters of a footballing school owned by the famous English football club, Liverpool F.C., as well as nine world class sporting centers.
