Cristián Eyzaguirre was CEO of Banco Bice from 1997 until 2002. Prior to this, he was CFO of the holding Empresas CMPC S.A. for 15 years, and an Economics Professor at the School of Economics of the University of Chile between 1974 and 1981.
Mr. Eyzaguirre has served on the board of various corporations, and is currently a member of the board of Inversiones Cousiño Macul S.A., Cencosud S.A., Besalco S.A., Wenco S.A., Cristalerías de Chile S.A., GTD Teleductos S.A., IPAL S.A., Factoring Penta S.A. and Productora de Papel S.A. in Cali, Colombia.
He is also a member of the editorial committee of the Centro de Estudos Públicos (CEP).
Cristián Eyzaguirre is an economist from U. de Chile and holds a Master's degree from U. of California, at Berkeley.
He is currently AmCham Chile's treasurer and member of the Executive Committee.
