El 23 de agosto, el Comité de Capital Humano se reunió con Fernando Arab, subsecretario del Trabajo, y Juan de Dios Oyarzún, jefe del Departamento de Empleo y Capacitación en Empresas del Servicio Nacional de Capacitación y Empleo (SENCE). Arab resumió las reformas laborales aprobadas durante el gobierno del presidente Piñera y Oyarzún presentó los programas del SENCE. La presidenta del Comité, Carolina Valdivieso, encabezó la reunión.

On August 23, the Human Capital Committee met with Fernando Arab, Undersecretary of Labor, and Juan de Dios Oyarzún, head of the Department of Employment and Training in Companies, at the National Service for Training and Employment (SENCE). Arab summarized the labor reforms passed during the government of President Piñera, and Oyarzún presented SENCE’s programs. The Committee’s president, Carolina Valdivieso, chaired the meeting.
