Rodrigo Jofré, chef del Restaurant Zafrán del Hotel Radisson Petra La Dehesa, se quedó con el tercer lugar en la categoría Chef Revelación 2013 en la 12ª premiación de Los Mejores Chefs y Restaurantes 2013 de la Revista Wikén del diario El Mercurio. La ceremonia de premiación se realizó el 19 de julio.

El jurado estuvo compuesto por destacados críticos gastronómicos como Soledad Martínez (Wikén), Jaime Martínez (diario La Segunda) y Rodolfo Gambetti (diario Las Últimas Noticias), entre otros. Dentro de la categoría Chef Revelación, el primer lugar se otorgó a Carolina Bazán, chef del Restaurant.

Ambrosía, mientras que el segundo lugar fue para Antonio Arone, chef peruano del Restaurant Cumarú.

"Atribuyo este premio principalmente al trabajo junto a mi equipo de cocina y servicio además de un reconocimiento a mi trayectoria como chef”, comentó Rodrigo Jofré.

The jury was composed of prominent food critics such as: Soledad Martínez (Wikén), Jaime Martínez (La Segunda) and Rodolfo Gambetti (Las Últimas Noticias), among others. In the category Chef Revelation, first place went to Carolina Bazán, chef of the Restaurant Ambrosia, while second place went to Antonio Arone, the Peruvian chef of Restaurant Cumarú.

"This award is recognition for the work of my kitchen and table service team, as well as of my career as a chef," said Rodrigo Jofré.
