La Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management de Miami recibió el premio “Business of the Year” de la Chile-U.S. Chamber of Commerce como la primera universidad latinoamericana en ofrecer programas de MBA en Estados Unidos. La filial en Miami de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez se adjudicó el premio debido a sus “programas MBA en Estados con los más altos estándares de calidad a nivel mundial, así como el potenciar la Imagen País de Chile en el mercado norteamericano”, dijo el presidente de la cámara Roberto Gatica. En su cuarto año, el programa ha entregado a estudiantes de más de una docena de países la posibilidad de estudiar en Miami, Bilbao (España), Shanghai (China) e Hyderabad (India). Alejandro Ruelas, director de la escuela, señaló que se ha “trascendido América Latina, al tener como estudiantes a ejecutivos de Estados Unidos, Canadá y (…) España”.

Miami’s Adolfo Ibáñez School of Management received the “Business of the Year” award from the Chile-U.S. Chamber of Commerce as the first Latin American university to offer MBA programs in the U.S. Adolfo Ibáñez earned the award due to its “world class standards of quality and its contribution to strengthening Chile’s country image in the North American market,” said the Chamber’s president, Roberto Gatica. In its fourth year, the program has given students from over a dozen countries the chance to study in Miami, Bilbao (Spain), Shanghai (China) and Hyderabad (India). “We have reached beyond Latin America with executives attending from the U.S., Canada and Spain,” said Alejandro Ruelas, the school’s director.
