Ésta es una iniciativa que realiza Principal Financial Group en Estados Unidos hace 14 años y que, en el interés de contribuir a una sociedad más informada en temas previsionales y financieros, se replicará en Chile para promover buenas prácticas.[:en]Principal Financial Group has launched the program Best Chile, which aims to promote companies that show particular concern for the financial wellbeing of their employees. To participate, applicants must visit www.bestchile.cl and register by completing a short questionnaire that convers four main themes: organizational culture; health and wellbeing; financial and social security benefits; and insurance. The initiative has been implemented by Principal Financial Group for the past 14 years in the United States. In the interests of contributing towards a society that is more informed about issues of social security and finance, it is now being replicated in Chile as a means of promoting best practices.[:]
