Socios de AmCham, además de representantes de diversas industrias y del sector público y privado, asistieron a un encuentro con el presidente del Banco Central, Rodrigo Vergara, quien revisó la situación de la economía chilena. En la oportunidad, se refirió a las fortalezas del mercado laboral chileno y a los desafíos en torno a la política monetaria.

La bienvenida al evento estuvo a cargo de la presidenta de AmCham Chile, Kathleen Barclay, quien destacó la trayectoria y experiencia de Vergara. También valoró el rol que ha tenido el Banco Central en la estabilidad y crecimiento de la economía chilena, así como en el reconocimiento internacional que ha tenido como órgano rector de la economía nacional.Members of AmCham Chile, as well as representatives from different sectors, both public and private, have attended a meeting with the President of the Central Bank of Chile, Rodrigo Vergara. During the event, Vergara discussed the status of the national economy, addressing the strengths of the Chilean labor market and challenges relating to monetary policy.

The meeting was introduced by the President of AmCham Chile, Kathleen Barclay, who took the opportunity to highlight the career and experience of Vergara. She also praised the role of the Central Bank in contributing to the stability and economic growth of Chile, in addition to the international recognition it has received as the guiding authority within the national economy.
