UPS anunció el nombramiento de Alexandre Rodrigues como nuevo director general de la empresa para Chile, Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay. El ejecutivo será responsable de liderar la gestión de operaciones de la empresa, enfocándose en cuatro segmentos clave: Paquetes Pequeños, Expedición de Carga (aérea y marítima), así como Almacenamiento y Distribución.

Rodrigues inició su carrera en UPS Brasil en 2005 como ejecutivo de cuentas, y en 2007 fue promovido a gerente del segmento de ventas. En 2012 fue nombrado gerente de ventas del país, cargo a partir del cual encabezó iniciativas de desarrollo comercial.

UPS has appointed Alexandre Rodrigues as new Director General of the company for Chile, Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay. He will take charge of leading the company’s operations, focusing on four central issues: Small Packages, Freight Dispatch (by air and sea), Storage and Distribution.

Rodrigues began his career at UPS Brazil in 2005 as an accounts executive, and in 2007 was promoted to head of the sales department. In 2012 he was appointed Head of Sales in the same country, during which time he took the lead on different commercial development initiatives.
