Jay Ewald is the president of Wintec Holdings, an international investment
and consulting company.

Jay Ewald has served on the board of AmCham Chile for many periods. He has
chaired the Entrepreneur, Events, and Environmental committees. He was also
instrumental in the Free Trade Agreement Traderoots group.
He has Bachelor of Science and Economics degrees from the University of
Minnesota and a MBA from Walden University. He is member of the AmCham
advisory council, and also chairs the Commercial Committee.
