El banco chileno Bci realizó su primer Encuentro Empresarial en Concepción, en el marco de su compromiso para ayudar a los empresarios afectados por el terremoto y maremoto de febrero pasado. El evento congregó a alrededor de 2.000 empresarios de la zona, los que participaron en cerca de 900 reuniones con el objetivo de promover nuevas oportunidades comerciales para pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas de la Región del Bío Bío.

La intendenta de la región, Jacqueline van Rysselberghe, agradeció a Bci por el evento, que calificó como "una oportunidad para salir adelante". “Esta zona es de emprendedores, una región con potencial y que tiene la capacidad para salir adelante, pero que requiere de estas oportunidades para cambiar el rumbo", sostuvo.
