Cuatro nuevos integrantes fueron elegidos para incorporarse al directorio de la Cámara Chileno Norteamericana de Comercio (AmCham Chile) para el período 2015-2017, como parte de la renovación de un tercio de este órgano. Se trata de la presidenta de la Fundación Andrónico Luksic, María Paola Luksic; el gerente general Chile LATAM Airlines Group, Gonzalo Undurraga; el presidente para Latinoamérica de Aramark, Pablo Achurra, quien fue reelecto; y del Chile country head de Metlife, Víctor Hassi.

Los nuevos miembros se suman al directorio de AmCham conformado por la actual presidenta de la organización, Kathleen Barclay; la vicepresidenta de ventas de Oracle Financing para Japón y Asia Pacífico, Sandra Guazzotti; el presidente de Crystal Lagoons, Fernando Fischmann; la directora de Ward Van Lines, Pamela Camus; el socio de Carey, Guillermo Carey; el gerente de asuntos corporativos y comerciales de Celulosa Arauco, Charles Kimber; la gerenta general de DHL Chile, Sandra Miró; y la directora de British American Tobacco Chile, Karen Poniachick. Además, ocupa el cargo de directora honoraria, la consejera comercial de la Embajada de Estados Unidos, Ellen Lenny-Pessagno, y el past-president, el gerente general de The Walt Disney Company, Javier Irarrázaval. De esta forma, el nuevo directorio de AmCham quedará conformado por 12 reconocidos profesionales, cuya principal finalidad será contribuir a potenciar el rol de AmCham en la integración entre Chile y Estados Unidos.

Four new members have been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham Chile) for 2015 – 2017: part of a restructuring initiative affecting a third of the directive body. The new appointees include the President of the Andrónico Luksic Foundation, María Paola Luksic; the General Manager of LATAM Airlines Group for Chile, Gonzalo Undurraga; the President of Aramark Latin America, Pablo Achurra, who was re-elected; and the Country Head of MetLife Chile, Víctor Hassi.

The new appointees will take their seats alongside current AmCham Chile Board members, which include: President of the Chamber, Kathleen Barclay; Vice-President of Sales at Oracle Financing Division for Japan and Asia Pacific, Sandra Guazzotti; President of Crystal Lagoons, Fernando Fischmann; Director at Ward Van Lines, Pamela Camus; Partner at Carey, Guillermo Carey; Head of Corporate and Commercial Affairs of Celulosa Arauco, Charles Kimber; Director General of DHL Chile, Sandra Miró; and Director at British American Tobacco Chile, Karen Poniachick. In addition, with honorary membership of the Board, Commercial Officer of the US Embassy, Ellen Lenny-Pessagno, and Past-Chair, General Manager of The Walt Disney Company Chile, Javier Irarrázaval. As such, the new AmCham Chile Board of Directors will be composed of 12 renowned professionals. Their primary responsibility will be to strengthen the role of AmCham Chile in building closer relations between Chile and the United States.
