The executive joined Chile’s Minister of Housing, Rodrigo Pérez, in the coastal town of Cocholgüe, along with the Governor of the Bío Bío Region, Víctor Lobos, and the chief executive of Anglo American's Copper Business Unit, John MacKenzie, for the opening of the housing projects Nuevo Cocholgüe 2 and 3.
“Immediately after the earthquake the company decided to make a real commitment to the areas damaged by the catastrophe. Today we can say that we kept our word and made a difference,” said MacKenzie.
