[:es]En el estadio del colegio Nido de Águilas se disputó la gran final del Campeonato de Softball de Santiago (Spring Mixed Softball League), la cual ganó el equipo de AmCham Chile sobre los jugadores de la Embajada de Estados Unidos. De esta forma, AmCham se consolidó como el mejor equipo del año al obtener el máximo galardón tanto en la primera como segunda temporada de este encuentro deportivo. Esta instancia se inició en marzo de 2012 a partir de una serie de partidos informales que se jugaban los días domingo por la tarde entre varios equipos.

El equipo de AmCham estuvo integrado por Kelsey Rae Adkins, Baldomero Astudillo, Lauren Bateman, Stephen Buchanan (Capitán), Amelis Castillo, Carlos Chang, Mary Beth Costantino, Gonzalo Gandia, Luana Henriquez, Juan Hernandez, Matt Hooper, James Newbold, Eric Pitzer, Matthew Smith y Michael Stolar.[:en]The grand final of the Santiago Softball Championship (Spring Mixed Softball League), has been disputed at the Nido de Águilas high school stadium, in which the team from AmCham Chile was victorious over their competitors from the U.S. Embassy team. With this victory, AmCham Chile has confirmed its status as the best team of the year, having won the championship in both the first and now the second half of the league season. The sporting initiative began in March 2012, following a series of informal matches played by a variety of teams on Sunday evenings. The AmCham Chile team was composed of Kelsey Rae Adkins, Baldomero Astudillo, Lauren Bateman, Stephen Buchanan (captain), Amelis Castillo, Carlos Chang, Mary Beth Costantino, Gonzalo Gandia, Luana Henriquez, Juan Hernandez, Matt Hooper, James Newbold, Eric Pitzer, Matthew Smith and Michael Stolar.[:]
