En relaci\u00f3n a 2015, avanz\u00f3 11 lugares, lo que se debe en gran parte a las pol\u00edticas adoptadas por la compa\u00f1\u00eda en pro del bienestar de sus empleados. Scotiabank se sustenta sobre cinco pilares y uno de los m\u00e1s importantes se vincula con el liderazgo y el relacionamiento con personas. Para ello, fomenta el desarrollo de las capacidades de sus colaboradores para satisfacer las necesidades actuales y futuras de la organizaci\u00f3n. Lo anterior, por medio de la implementaci\u00f3n de programas de reconocimiento.<\/p>\n<p>En Scotiabank se potencia la promoci\u00f3n del talento a trav\u00e9s de concursos internos que promueven la movilidad interna entre los trabajadores de la empresa.[:en]More than three thousands employees of Scotiabank Chile have received positive news following the latest edition of the Great Place to Work ranking, in which Scotiabank was selected as the 19<sup>th<\/sup> best place to work in Chile. In relation to the 2015 ranking, the company rose 11 places, largely thanks to the policies adopted by the company in favor of the wellbeing of its workers. Scotiabank is based on five key pillars and one of the most important relates to leadership and relationships with people. Towards that end, the company encourages the ongoing capacity building of its workers in order to meet the existing and future needs of the organization.
