Representantes del \u00e1mbito p\u00fablico y privado, adem\u00e1s de profesionales con iniciativas vinculadas a la biotecnolog\u00eda y las ciencias de la vida integraron esta misi\u00f3n, la que cont\u00f3 con el apoyo de CORFO y que adem\u00e1s es parte del programa Look North de AmCham, el cual busca vincular a los emprendimientos de alto impacto con Estados Unidos, apoyando su internacionalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de este viaje, los emprendedores chilenos se vincularon con inversionistas, venture capital y empresas que se dedican a la investigaci\u00f3n y desarrollo de nuevas l\u00edneas de negocios. Tambi\u00e9n participaron en un taller sobre el ecosistema de biotecnolog\u00eda de Boston y estrategias de financiamiento, el cual fue dictado por Nancy Levy, fundadora de BioHealth Management, empresa consultora dedicada al desarrollo de negocios y estrategias de comercializaci\u00f3n del \u00e1rea cient\u00edfica.[:en]AmCham Chile has staged the trade mission, Boston Biotech Ecosystem &amp; Funding Strategies, which sought to generate new links for Chilean businesses with different actors from the Boston biotechnology ecosystem. Representatives from the public and private sphere, as well as professionals with activities related to biotechnology and life sciences, made up this mission, which was supported by CORFO. The mission also formed part of AmCham Chile\u2019s Look North program, which seeks to build links between, and support the international projection of, high impact Chilean ventures with the US.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to this trade mission, Chilean entrepreneurs were able to build links with investors, venture capitalists and companies working in the research and development of new lines of business.
