S\u00f3lo en Chile, m\u00e1s de 17 mil colaboradores participaron de la celebraci\u00f3n.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por cuarto a\u00f1o consecutivo, el 12 de abril Aramark celebr\u00f3 el D\u00eda del Reconocimiento al Empleado, uno de los ejes del programa global de reconocimiento Encore! Encore! de la compa\u00f1\u00eda cuyo principal objetivo es reforzar la cultura de agradecimiento hacia los trabajadores.<\/p>\n<p>Las celebraciones se llevaron a cabo de manera simult\u00e1nea en los 22 pa\u00edses que Aramark tiene operaciones, donde participaron alrededor de 270 mil colaboradores. Esta iniciativa se realiz\u00f3 en un formato que le dio la oportunidad a toda la empresa de involucrarse en una actividad a nivel mundial, donde el reconocimiento al compromiso y esfuerzo de sus trabajadores se transform\u00f3 en el centro de atenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Eric Foss, presidente y director ejecutivo de Aramark a nivel internacional destac\u00f3 que este es \u201cun d\u00eda en el que todos hacemos una pausa para celebrar el talento y arduo trabajo de todos nuestros trabajadores. Es un buen momento para reconocer sus extraordinarios aportes, que nos ayudan a triunfar con nuestros clientes y consumidores. Adem\u00e1s es una oportunidad para destacar el desempe\u00f1o de nuestras estrellas del servicio y su compromiso con la excelencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa tambi\u00e9n\u00a0 reconoci\u00f3 especialmente a todos aquellos empleados que cumpl\u00edan a\u00f1os de servicio, a quienes se les entreg\u00f3 un reconocimiento especial por su destacada trayectoria, adem\u00e1s de unas medallas conmemorativas de los a\u00f1os cumplidos como trabajadores de Aramark.<\/p>\n<p>Para finalizar, Foss agreg\u00f3 que \u201c\u00b4Fijar metas.
