Para participar s\u00f3lo se debe ingresar a www.bestchile.cl e inscribirse respondiendo un simple cuestionario que aborda cuatro dimensiones: cultura organizacional, salud y bienestar, beneficios financieros y previsionales, y seguros. \u00c9sta es una iniciativa que realiza Principal Financial Group en Estados Unidos hace 14 a\u00f1os y que, en el inter\u00e9s de contribuir a una sociedad m\u00e1s informada en temas previsionales y financieros, se replicar\u00e1 en Chile para promover buenas pr\u00e1cticas.[:en]Principal Financial Group has launched the program Best Chile, which aims to promote companies that show particular concern for the financial wellbeing of their employees. To participate, applicants must visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestchile.cl\">www.bestchile.cl<\/a> and register by completing a short questionnaire that convers four main themes: organizational culture; health and wellbeing; financial and social security benefits; and insurance. The initiative has been implemented by Principal Financial Group for the past 14 years in the United States.
