El proyecto ser\u00e1 ejecutado a trav\u00e9s del <em>joint venture<\/em> LeFrak-Turnberry Associates y en su desarrollo participar\u00e1n otras compa\u00f1\u00edas como ARQ, EDSA y Design 3 International. Crystal Lagoons tiene nueve proyectos firmados con los principales desarrolladores inmobiliarios de Estados Unidos.[:en]The company will form part of the SoL\u0113 Mia project, located in Bal Harbour, and covering 74 hectares of the largest urban terrain still available in Miami. It will include two crystalline lagoons spanning 4.5 hectares each, as well as parks, over 92,000m\u00b2 of shopping centers and restaurants, an area for office development, a hotel with 150 rooms, and more than 4,390 residential units. All this will convert the northern sector of Miami into a genuine point of interest for visitors to the city. The project will be executed through a joint venture with LeFrak-Turnberry Associates, and the development phase will include additional companies such as ARQ, EDSA and Design 3 International.
