Lo anterior, a trav\u00e9s del control de las operaciones de aeropuerto, adem\u00e1s de la supervisi\u00f3n de todos los aspectos relacionados con el servicio al cliente. Durante sus a\u00f1os en la compa\u00f1\u00eda se ha desempe\u00f1ado como agente de carga y de servicios al pasajero, en donde logr\u00f3 la calificaci\u00f3n de top trainer. Posteriormente, ocup\u00f3 varios cargos como instructora para la regi\u00f3n de MCLA (M\u00e9xico, Caribe y Am\u00e9rica Latina).\n<\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<h4>AMERICAN AIRLINES<\/h4>\n<p>American Airlines has appointed Karla P\u00e9rez as its  Operations Manager at Santiago International Airport. Her first challenge will  be to promote the wellbeing of the airline\u2019s passengers and staff, while also  overseeing the control of operations at the airport and the supervision of all  aspects relating to customer service. During her time at the company, Karla has  worked as Cargo Agent and Passenger Service Agent, during which time she  received the Top Trainer award.
