Misi\u00f3n: potenciar las oportunidades de negocios del sector privado\u00a0 en ambos pa\u00edses, promover proyectos comerciales viables en energ\u00edas limpias y en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, y apoyar el desarrollo sustentable de los sectores energ\u00e9ticos de ambos pa\u00edses.<\/strong>
\nEl Consejo naci\u00f3 como respuesta a una invitaci\u00f3n conjunta que hicieran los Presidentes Pi\u00f1era y Obama durante la visita de \u00e9ste \u00faltimo en abril pasado.
\nPresidido por Javier Irarr\u00e1zaval, este Consejo est\u00e1 integrado por empresas y gremios del sector, los que se abocar\u00e1n a estudiar diferentes aristas del sector energ\u00e9tico a fin de conocer y aprovechar mejor las oportunidades reales.<\/p>\n
