Subsecretario del Trabajo, don Marcelo Soto, el Presidente de la Uni\u00f3n Nacional de Trabajadores, don Diego Olivares y el Vicepresidente Corporativo de Celulosa Arauco, don Charles Kimber, para tratar la problem\u00e1tica laboral que se ha presentado tras el terremoto\/tsunami y c\u00f3mo se puede interpretar la acepci\u00f3n legal de &#8220;caso fortuito&#8221;.\u00a0\u00a0 Actu\u00f3 de moderador de esta reuni\u00f3n el abogado laboralista don Fernando Hurtado, quien explic\u00f3 desde el punto de vista legal los principales planteamientos que se han estado considerando.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esta reuni\u00f3n fue muy apreciada por los asistentes al Comit\u00e9, presidido por don Javier Irarr\u00e1zaval, destac\u00e1ndose que esta fue la primera instancia en que se sentaban en la misma mesa, en este per\u00edodo, una autoridad de Gobierno junto con un importante dirigente sindical y representantes del sector privado.\u00a0\u00a0El mensaje y las conclusiones de la reuni\u00f3n son que deber\u00e1 primar el di\u00e1logo social y la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones conjuntas entre trabajadores y empresarios.\u00a0 El Subsecretario Soto finaliz\u00f3
