After a meeting of the jury members in the \u201cPalacio de la Moneda\u201d, on Monday June 16th<\/sup>, the application period for the sixth annual AmCham \u201cCorporate Social Responsibility\u201d award has begun.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This award recognizes certain CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) programs within Chilean businesses that have been integrated with the community in which they operate, for at least one year, who encompass a sense of self-sustainability, and whose results are measurable.<\/div>\n

The jury this year will include AmCham President, Mateo Budinich; Presidential Socio-Cultural Director, Mar\u00eda Eugenia Hirmas; United States Ambassador, Paul Simons; Production and Commerce Confederation President, Alfredo Ovalle; Home of Christ Chaplain, Father Agust\u00edn Moreira; Actino RSE President, Janet Srp\u00f6nhle; AmCham RSE Committee President, Charles Kimber; and academics \u00c1lvaro Pezoa and Mladen Koljatic, of the University de Los Andes and Cat\u00f3lica, respectively.<\/div>\n
