En la ocasi\u00f3n los oradores invitados fueron Mauricio Pe\u00f1aloza, Gerente Senior de Human Capital de Ernst &amp; Young y Eduardo Mu\u00f1oz, Gerente de Recursos Humanos de Bechtel Chile. Durante las ponencias se analiz\u00f3 el concepto de incentivo dentro del marco de las compensaciones entregadas al empleado por la empresa, los distintos tipos de incentivos y sus efectos en el desempe\u00f1o laboral. Se analiz\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, el marco legal chileno en relaci\u00f3n con sueldos, beneficios e indemnizaciones.
