El Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación estará encabezado por un consejo ejecutivo, integrado por el Comité Legal, el Consejo Asesor y el Comité Ejecutivo del Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de AmCham. El Comité Ejecutivo (integrado por el presidente de AmCham, su gerente general y el secretario ejecutivo del Centro) servirá de enlace con el Comité Legal, el Consejo Asesor, las personas que soliciten los servicios del Centro, sus representantes y abogados y con quienes actúen como árbitros y mediadores en los procedimientos pertinentes.<\/p>\n

El Consejo Asesor a su vez está formado por personas representativas y destacadas del comercio, la industria, la banca, asociaciones gremiales y profesionales, empresas nacionales y extranjeras, que serán designadas por el Directorio de AmCham.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
