Entre \u00e9stas, la Gerencia General de IBM de Chile; en Telef\u00f3nica CTC como Vicepresidente\u00a0 de Grandes Empresas\u00a0 y posteriormente asumi\u00f3 en Telef\u00f3nica S.A., como Director General de Telef\u00f3nica Empresas,\u00a0 la responsabilidad de implementar Telef\u00f3nica Empresas en Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>A partir del 2004\u00a0 se incorpor\u00f3 a Fundaci\u00f3n Chile, como Gerente del \u00c1rea de Tecnolog\u00edas de Informaci\u00f3n y comunicaciones con la responsabilidad de desarrollar empresas y proyectos innovadores.\u00a0 Posteriormente fue Presidente Ejecutivo de VTR Globalcom. \u00a0Mateo Budinich fue Director de AmCham en 1999. Actualmente\u00a0 es\u00a0 director ejecutivo de INSAPE.<\/p>\n<div><em>President of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) betweenJanuary 2007-January 2009, Mr. Budinich is a civil engineer that has experience in executive positions in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Mr. Budinich was CEO of IBM Chile; Vice-president of Large Accounts at Telef\u00f3nica CTC and later named Executive Director of Telef\u00f3nica Empresas Americas. In 2004 he joined the Information &amp; Technology&#8217;s area of Fundaci\u00f3n Chile, being responsible for business development and innovative projects<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>He is currently a\u00a0 Executive Director\u00a0 of INSAPE,\u00a0 an investment firm for development of innovative projects in Technology.<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/div>\n<div><em>Mateo Budinich has been a very active member of AmCham Chile.
