La actividad, que convoc\u00f3 a m\u00e1s de 100 asistentes del \u00e1mbito empresarial, se estructur\u00f3 en tres exposiciones a cargo del presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n \u00c9tica de SOFOFA, Cirilo C\u00f3rdova; el gerente general de AFP Cuprum, Ignacio \u00c1lvarez; y el director de empresas, Mario Valcarce.<span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Foto superior:<\/strong><\/em>&nbsp;<span>Roberto Matus, gerente general de AmCham; Mario Valcarce, director de empresas; Cirilo C\u00f3rdova, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n \u00c9tica de SOFOFA, y Dieter Linneberg, Director del Centro de Gobiernos Corporativos de la Universidad de Chile.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Human Capital Committee of AmCham Chile, in conjunction with KPMG and the Center for Corporate Governance of the University of Chile, has held a seminar entitled \u201cCorporate Governance: lessons learned and challenges ahead\u201d.<span>&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The seminar was introduced by Cristi\u00e1n Basti\u00e1n, Main Partner at KPMG Chile, and Dieter Linneberg, Director of the Center for Corporate Governance of the University of Chile. Attended by more than 100 business professionals, the event consisted of three separate presentations.
