Robert Mayne-Nicholls, gerente general de Minera Los Pelambres; Ana Mar\u00eda Rabagliati, vicepresidente de recursos humanos de Antofagasta Minerals; y Hern\u00e1n Menares, vicepresidente de operaciones de Antofagasta Minerals, entregaron el premio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Algunos de los criterios por los cuales Siemens destac\u00f3 durante el a\u00f1o 2013, fueron los buenos resultados en los convenios de desempe\u00f1o, tasa de accidentabilidad, clima laboral y resultado de la auditor\u00eda laboral.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>\u201cRecibimos este reconocimiento, encantados, con mucho orgullo. Presenting the award were Robert Mayne-Nicholls, General Manager of Los Pelambres Mining Unit; Ana Mar\u00eda Rabagliati, Vice-President of Human Resources at Antofagasta Minerals; and Hern\u00e1n Menares, Vice-President of Operations at Antofagasta Minerals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>The specific categories in which Siemens stood out in 2013 are performance, accident rate, working environment and results of the labor audit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Juan Ignacio D\u00edaz, General Manager of Siemens Chile, said, \u201cWe are delighted and very proud to accept this award. We know that both security and productivity are fundamental pillars and we have followed the example of Los Pelambres in this respect. We have experienced many things, we have had large challenges, and large problems too, but these have always been met and overcome.
