El orador invitado fue el psic\u00f3logo Sergio Melnick, PhD. en Investigaci\u00f3n del Futuro de UCLA y m\u00e1ster en Psicolog\u00eda Jungiana de la Universidad Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez (UAI), quien se refiri\u00f3 al tema \u201cGuerra o paz entre capital humano y tecnolog\u00eda en el siglo XXI\u201d.<\/p>\n
La consejera de AmCham, y presidenta del Comit\u00e9 de Capital Humano, Alejandra Aranda, dio la bienvenida y describi\u00f3 el enfoque del comit\u00e9 para este a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n
En su presentaci\u00f3n, Melnick se refiri\u00f3 a los desaf\u00edos que se abren ante los nuevos desarrollos de la tecnolog\u00eda, y c\u00f3mo \u00e9stas han transformado las formas de trabajo. <\/p>\n

On May 20, the Human Capital Committee was launched in the offices of Cisco. Attended by a large number of participants, the event had invited as guest speaker the psychologist Sergio Melnick, who has a PhD in Futures Research from UCLA and a Master\u2019s degree in Jungian Psychology from Adolfo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez University (UAI). Sergio discussed the issue of \u201cWar or peace between human capital and technology in the 21stcentury\u201d.<\/p>\n
