El objetivo de la reuni\u00f3n fue dar a conocer las propuestas de los diferentes grupos para abordar los desaf\u00edos en cada una de estas \u00e1reas. Cerca de 40 socios de la C\u00e1mara asistieron al evento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Rafael Lorenzini, secretario ejecutivo del Consejo, fue el moderador de la charla, que tuvo como oradores a Carlos Finat, Grupo Energ\u00edas Renovables No Convencionales; Germ\u00e1n Silva, Grupo Energ\u00eda, Sociedad y Medioambiente; V\u00edctor Ballivi\u00e1n, Grupo Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica; Sebasti\u00e1n Flores, Grupo Bio-renovables; Carlos Cort\u00e9s, Grupo Gas de Esquisto; Javier Tapia, Grupo Marco Regulatorio; y Ren\u00e9 Muga, Grupo Infraestructura y Tecnolog\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Los Grupos de Bio-renovables y Gas de Esquisto fueron creados en noviembre pasado, con lo que el total de grupos en el Consejo lleg\u00f3 a siete. En abril, el Consejo planea publicar un informe con los siete principales desaf\u00edos que&nbsp;enfrenta el sector energ\u00e9tico de Chile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On January 14, the Chile-US Energy Business Council hosted an open discussion with the chairs and coordinators of its seven working groups. The aim of the meeting was to discuss the proposals of the different groups to address the challenges in each of these areas. Around 40 members attended the talk.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Rafael Lorenzini, Executive Secretary of the Council, moderated the discussion. The speakers were: Carlos Finat, Non-Conventional Renewable Energy Group; Germ\u00e1n Silva, Energy, Society and Environment Group; V\u00edctor Ballivi\u00e1n, Energy Efficiency Group; Sebasti\u00e1n Flores, Biofuels Group, Carlos Cort\u00e9s, Shale Gas Group; Javier Tapia, Regulatory Framework Group, and Ren\u00e9 Muga, Infrastructure and Technology Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>The Biofuels and Shale Gas Groups were created last November, bringing the total number of groups in the Council to seven.
