La ceremonia de premiaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 el 19 de julio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El jurado estuvo compuesto por destacados cr\u00edticos gastron\u00f3micos como Soledad Mart\u00ednez (Wik\u00e9n), Jaime Mart\u00ednez (diario La Segunda) y Rodolfo Gambetti (diario Las \u00daltimas Noticias), entre otros. Dentro de la categor\u00eda Chef Revelaci\u00f3n, el primer lugar se otorg\u00f3 a Carolina Baz\u00e1n, chef del Restaurant.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ambros\u00eda, mientras que el segundo lugar fue para Antonio Arone, chef peruano del Restaurant Cumar\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>&#8220;Atribuyo este premio principalmente al trabajo junto a mi equipo de cocina y servicio adem\u00e1s de un reconocimiento a mi trayectoria como chef\u201d, coment\u00f3 Rodrigo Jofr\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rodrigo Jofr\u00e9, chef of the Restaurant Zafr\u00e1n at the Hotel Radisson Petra La Dehesa, took third place in the 2013 Chef Revelation category of the 12thWik\u00e9nBest Chef and Restaurant Awards. The awards ceremony took place on July 19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>The jury was composed of prominent food critics such as: Soledad Mart\u00ednez (Wik\u00e9n), Jaime Mart\u00ednez (La Segunda) and Rodolfo Gambetti (Las \u00daltimas Noticias), among others.
