Entre los graduados estuvieron Silvana Bettati, propietaria del nuevo restaurante de comida italiana Amicci.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El diplomado de tres meses de duraci\u00f3n &#8221; es un programa formativo in\u00e9dito en Chile, que bajo un esquema de clases te\u00f3ricas y pr\u00e1cticas entrega las herramientas necesarias para construir un plan de empresa\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Sandra Jorquera, directora acad\u00e9mica de Culinary.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mar\u00edas Soledad Jottar, Director of Culinary\u2019s School of Continuing Education; Silvana Bettati,&nbsp;owner of the restaurant Amicci; Sandra Jorquera, Culinary\u2019s Academic Director, and Vladimir Flores, Chef Instructor at Culinary<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In September, ten professionals from the restaurant industry successfully completed the Culinary Institute\u2019s first Diploma in Entrepreneurship Management in the Culinary and Food Service Industry.
