Este es tambi\u00e9n el t\u00edtulo de su libro publicado en agosto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Silva hizo un an\u00e1lisis de c\u00f3mo los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n abordan las diferentes situaciones de crisis que pueden enfrentar las empresas. Aludiendo a ejemplos como el reciente informe del programa televisivo Contacto sobre la supuesta rotulaci\u00f3n falsa de diversos productos alimenticios, Silva plante\u00f3 lo que las empresas deber\u00edan y no deber\u00edan hacer en estos casos. \u201cLo principal es hacer una revisi\u00f3n profunda de gesti\u00f3n de crisis y una preparaci\u00f3n permanente de toda la organizaci\u00f3n\u201d, asever\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>El libro de Silva se basa en su experiencia de m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os en Equilibria, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n en sus observaciones sobre la sociedad chilena. La publicaci\u00f3n analiza distintos casos desde la perspectiva de las comunicaciones corporativas y el impacto p\u00fablico.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On July 12, Germ\u00e1n Silva of Equilibria Consultores gave a presentation at AmCham titled &#8220;Now What Do We Do? How Companies Can Manage a Communications Crisis and Emerge Stronger&#8221;. This is also the title of his new book published in August.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Silva analyzed how the media approaches different crisis situations that companies may face. Using examples such as the recent report on Chilean television programContactoabout the alleged false labeling of food products, he discussed what companies should and should not do in such cases. \u201cThe main thing is to review crisis management strategies and to keep the whole organization permanently prepared,&#8221; he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Silva\u2019s book is based on his experience over more than 13 years at Equilibria, as well as his observations of Chilean society.
