El curso se dividi\u00f3 en seis sesiones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Buchanan instruy\u00f3 a los \u201calumnos\u201d sobre habilidades orales y fundamentos del debate. Finalmente los participantes realizaron ejercicios para poner en pr\u00e1ctica lo aprendido. Los equipos que compiten este a\u00f1o son: Walmart, Metlife, Bechtel, Maersk, Santander, DHL, Academia Diplom\u00e1tica de Chile Andr\u00e9s Bello y Goodyear.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>En junio se realizar\u00e1 la etapa de Round Robin, primeras competencias del torneo, mientras que la final se realizar\u00e1 el 8 de agosto en las oficinas del diario El Mercurio, coauspiciador del torneo junto con AmCham.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!--:--><!--:en--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In May and June the teams competing in the 2013 version of The Great Corporate Debate took part in a public speaking course given by education consultant Stephen Buchanan at AmCham\u2019s offices. The course was divided into six sessions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Buchanan instructed the students on public speaking skills and the debate rules. Finally, the participants practiced what they had learned.
